‘JT Voice’ is our online insight panel designed as a place where you can share your views on the products, services and customer experience we provide.

Our aim is to enable you to more easily share your views, experiences and ideas with us on everything from how you use technology, to our products and services. Including how you feel about our community.
Whether you’re a JT customer or not we want to hear from you, listen to your views and use your input to help us directly improve and shape what we deliver to you.
We promise we won’t bombard you with emails, we’ll only get in touch when we genuinely need your help. And most importantly, when we’ve used your feedback to improve something, we’ll make sure we share that back with you.
Why should I join JT Voice?
JT Voice is purely for communication between you and us. Thus, creating a 2-way relationship where we listen, value, act and feedback to you about the difference that your opinions have made for us.
There is no payment or equivalent cash reward for being a member or taking part in JT Voice activities. Nor will we market to you based on your feedback.
